During my time working with Dorian Karthauser, I was assisted by her breadth of knowledge. The way in which she used her experience in education and combined it with her familiarity marketing, aided our work together. She was able to fine tune our materials using this combination and did so succinctly and to great effect. Dorian then worked to combine those materials so that they were in line with being able to be shared with clients both in person and online. Her digital marketing knowledge is top notch. I recommend her abilities as I have experienced them myself. She was an asset to me, my team, and my work, and who made our jobs easier.

Working with Dorian Karthauser has been one of the best decisions for my practice. Our website upgrade at drstarkchico.com turned out beautifully – modern, mobile-friendly, and designed with our patients’ experience in mind. The SEO and content marketing strategies have been outstanding. Stark Medical can now be found in searches across Northern California, reaching patients far beyond Chico. We’ve already seen higher Google rankings, increased web traffic, and a rise in new patient inquiries. Dorian truly understands how to translate medical services into clear, engaging content that resonates with our community. I highly recommend Dorian at DFW Business Websites to any healthcare professional who wants a website and digital marketing that deliver real results.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dorian Karthauser for nearly 15 years. And I can say with confidence that she and her team are among the most talented, reliable, and forward-thinking professionals in the business.
Over the years, Dorian has designed, updated, and maintained my websites with a consistent eye for detail, functionality, and modern appeal. Her ability to translate ideas into clean, user-friendly designs has allowed my business to grow and evolve while maintaining a strong, trustworthy online presence.
What sets Dorian apart is her commitment to information-sharing and client empowerment. She doesn’t just build and manage websites—she takes the time to explain the “why” behind each decision, training her clients to understand how to write effectively for the web and how to think about their audiences when communicating online. Her insights into social media strategy have been invaluable, helping me connect with clients in meaningful, results-driven ways.
Equally impressive is the focus DFW Business Websites places on website security and reliability. I have full confidence that my online presence is protected and well-maintained, thanks to their proactive monitoring, regular updates, and responsive support.
In an industry where technology and trends change constantly, Dorian and her staff continue to demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and integrity. I highly recommend Mendocino Digital Marketing to anyone seeking a trusted partner for web design, online communication, and digital security.

Not only is Dorian an expert teacher/instructor, her enthusiasm for her subject (in my case, WordPress) is absolutely contagious. After an intensive teaching session, I couldn’t wait to get back to my office to implement the ideas and techniques she shared! I highly recommend Dorian for teaching and consultation, and I’m hoping to grow my own business enough to be able to turn over my internet marketing to her capable care.
